| Orders are accepted by writing, internet, telephone or fax but are only binding when accepted by 4IT Systems Ltd and an Order Confirmation in issued. Please check the Order Confirmation and notify 4IT Systems Ltd of any mistake in writing immediately or the details stated in the Order Confirmation will apply to this Agreement. |

| Pornographic/Warez or otherwise offensive sites are not permitted. Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam. Failure to obey these conditions will result in your account being cancelled and no monies will be refunded. |
| You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate any laws. You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s). |
| Data stored on the web/email servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. You must keep an independent backup of important data. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services. |
| All accounts are payable yearly in advance. Upon placing your order you have entered into a contract with us for a period of one year and the fee is non refundable. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted. |
| Please note that in the event you decide to transfer the IPSTAG of a UK domain name (.co.uk or .org.uk) to another hosting company you will be charged an administration fee for us to effect the changes. |
| Please be careful when choosing your domain name for registration as in many cases mistakes cannot afterward be rectified.
You will need to supply to us the domain name you wish to register in writing e-mail, fax or letter). The name specified in this correspondence will
be the name we register. You are responsible for the accuracy of that correspondence. Once a name has been registered it is not possible to subsequently cancel
the registration & no monies will be refunded. All domains registered on behalf of a client will have the same client specified as the legal owner of said domain name. 4IT systems will be specified as the Administration & Technical contacts. |
price & payment terms |
| Quotations are only valid in writing and during the period stated. If no period stated, the period defaults to 7 days from date of quotation. 4IT Systems Ltd reserves the right to change products at any time but guarantees you equivalent functionality and performance. Unless otherwise stated, price excludes tax, shipment, insurance and installation. |
| Exchange rates, duties, insurance, freight and purchase costs (incl. for components & services) may cause 4IT Systems Ltd to adjust prices. All accounts for goods and Internet related services operate on a cleared funds basis only. Other payment terms may be negotiated on an individual basis at the discretion of 4IT Systems Ltd. Credit facilities for goods and Internet related services are only available to government bodies & large Plcs. Accounts for labour related services including Software Development, Support & Web Development will operate on a stage payment basis commensurate to the quantity of work involved. When a payment is received for an account, the payment will be applied to the account to clear outstanding invoices in order of due/issue date. Earliest issued or overdue invoices must be cleared first before payments can be applied against more recent items. 4IT Systems may except this rule when an invoice is deemed, by us, to be in dispute. |
| 4IT Systems Ltd. may suspend deliveries or withdraw service until full payment is received. Furthermore, a finance charge of 6% above the minimum lending rate may be levied upon any late or non-payments, in addition to any extra costs in recovery of payment. |
| Cheques are accepted subject to clearance. |
| All products remain the property of 4IT Systems Ltd until paid for in full. |
| We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. |
